THE BEDROOM:
Recently renovated!
Roughly 8'x9'
Furnished with a loft bed with workstation underneath, a computer chair and a drawer (as seen in the picture below). You cannot bring your own bed. There is no closet, but you can bring one.
Air Conditioner is also available!
YOU:
One female, late 20s or early 30s, financially responsible,
Non smoker, clean, considerate, respectful, willing to help clean the common
areas, and buys toilet paper and paper towel. :-)
No regular guests!
YOUR ROOMMATES:
Two female young professionals, both full time students. When at home,
most likely to be in their own bedrooms.
COSTS:
$750 (due on the 1st of each month)
Gas, electricity and wireless high speed internet are ALL INCLUDED.
A one-month security deposit will be required at move in.
