This is a three bedroom apartment in an elevator building. Gas, Electric, Internet & Cable are included.
We have cleaning of the apartment weekly and this will also be included in your boarding fee.
There are 1 1/2 baths. You will have use of the kitchen and the living room. There is a laundry room in the building.
You will be located four subway stops from Bloomingdales. It is only a four block walk to the Broadway N/W stop. There is also an express bus to Manhattan, numerous Queens bus lines and the R train nearby.
If you know or have heard of Astoria/Long Island City, you know there is lots of
fun to be had right in your neighborhood.
