Ditmars Astoria $700

Renting 2 large rooms in a 3 bedroom apartment in Ditmars Astoria Stop on the N / W line (15 minutes to midtown) , starting March 1st. $700 + utility which is not more than $30 each month. The apartment is on 28th street and between 23rd and 24th Ave. 2 short blocks to the subway also close to the grocery stores, bakery and all kinds of specialty stores. Great restaurants and a very safe neighborhood with lots of young professionals. Both rooms are equal in size approximately 12 X 12 any size bed and furniture will fit. Roof excess is a plus, you will definitely enjoy the summer months!

About myself: Female in my 30's and have a steady income, hair stylist, FIT graduate.

Looking for: Anybody who is respectfully and considerate to the others and don't have a weird pet, the rent on time ( my landlord is very old fashioned in that way, takes it as an insult)
