Roommates would prefer:
1. Non-smoker
2. No pets
3. Professional/student
4. You must also be quite clean, and willing to live well with roommates.
5. There are 3 people in this house but it most often it feels like nobody is home.
7. You must be willing to participate in a rotating chore list which keeps the common areas clean (bathroom, kitchen).
8. You are responsible for paying rent on the 1st of the month or 15th. (Depending on move-in date)
9. You should be the type of person who is somewhat busy with school or work (not somebody who works or hangs around from home).
You should have 2-3, check able references.
