Your share of the rent is $450 plus $50 utilities, It is in Jersey City 20 min away from NYC. The rent is paid monthly with a $500 security deposit.
Roommates would prefer:
1. Non-smoker
2. No pets
3. Young Professional/student
4. Term 3mo+
5. You must also be quite clean, and willing to live well with roommates.
6. There are 3 people in this house but it most often it feels like nobody is home.
7. You must be willing to participate in a rotating chore list which keeps the common areas clean (bathroom, kitchen).
8. You are responsible for paying rent on the 1st of the month or 15th. (Depending on move-in date)
9. You should be the type of person who is somewhat busy with school or work (not somebody who works or hangs around from home).
The room is nicely painted.
It is also furnished with: A futon bed, dresser & lamp. Washer and Dryer in house. FREE wireless high speed Internet.
Transportation: 20 min bus ride, to Port Authority. 15 min away from WTC /15 min from 33rd street. There is also a bus available to take you to and from Port Authority bus/ride time 20 min. gate# 51, mid bus, to Manhattan Avenue / John f Kennedy blvd. 10 min walk to JSQ PATH Train
