1 BR in a beautiful fully-furnished 2 BR apartment in the EV (East Village) $1400
The room for rent is the larger of the two bedrooms in a fully furnished 2 bedroom EV gem. This is a real apartment and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, very private but laid out well. My bedroom is off of the living room which faces out to 9th street, and the larger bedroom is off of the entry and looks out to the back courtyard. The apartment is fully furnished but the bedroom has only has enough to get you started: custom built-in wooden loft bed to make the room really functional, television, mattress if you need, a/c for the summer. The apartment is wired for cable and wifi, but we could just split the bill.
It is a really charming apartment. The living room has a big tv with built in dvd and vcr players, and if you want to split the cable youre paying for cable in your bedroom and im paying for the cable in the living room, thats just how that works.
