Elevator building with nice and clean laundry room in the basement. Garbage shoot. Top floor (6th floor) so no footsteps and furniture moving noise above you!!!! Nice size room (roughly about 12x10 feet) large double sliding door closet.
there is a larger than normal nice wood twin size bed in the room. it has to stay there as it was very expensive and i dont want to throw it out.
Just renovated before moving in this week. all new as you can see in the pictures bellow. Beautiful hardwood floors. New ceramic in kitchen and bathroom. New oven, fridge, full bathroom completly renovated. very nice, quiet and clean building.

please email . wont last. very good location, everything from banks to supermarkets within a block. 3 minute walk to the train. it doesnt get better than this in Astoria!!!
