Parking and the gym downstairs are available for a bit extra.
The neighborhood is very safe and friendly and everything's convenient -- six minute ride to downtown Manhattan, Duane Reade across the street, ShopRite a couple blocks away, lots of nice little bars and restaurants right around the corner, short walk to the waterfront. And the Statue of Liberty out your window!
A little about me: I'm 24, female, very low-key, work long hours but am usually home on the weekend. I'm a bit of a geek, and I cook and bake a lot. I'll have a friend or two over occasionally but I'm definitely not a big partier. I'm reasonably neat but not super-anal about cleaning.
I'm okay with male or female roommates; I've had both. I just ask that you're sane, responsible and preferably interesting to talk to. :-) No pets, no smoking, no drugs. No fees aside from the security deposit and $50 credit check. The lease runs through the end of December but I expect to renew. I've lived in this place for three years and still love it.
