I'm a graduate student who also works. I have pets, felines and a canine, so animal friendly only please. I'd rather have somebody who thinks its nice to be welcomed home when you open the door and not a nuisance. No more pets are allowed though, unless you have a cat who will stay in the room.The bathroom is shared. The bathroom is located right across from the room for rent, so it allows for maximum privacy.
I am looking for someone who is responsible, mature, quiet when they are home, and not late with rent. I am looking for someone who doesn't cook, as the kitchen runs into my living space. I don't mind if you use it when I am not home. Obviously, short things like microwaving are never a problem. I have had plenty of renters who rarely step foot in a kitchen, but if you are really into cooking, then that's a sign this isn't for you.
