We are seeking a roommate to share a huge newly renovated loft-style condo which was previously a Chocolate Factory. We're looking for a male/female that is friendly, respectful, clean, and financially secure to share the loft with us (two other roommates) for at least 6 months.
The available room is the actual loft area of the apt. It is a nice size space which includes a closet, shelf space, and installed cable/cable box. (pic included) This is an amazing deal for the price as compared to the other apartments in the building.
The loft amenities are as follows:
* Huge open living room, dining room, and kitchen (pic included)

* Kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances

* Newly renovated bathroom which includes a Jacuzzi bath tub
