Hi- I have a room available in a third floor walk-up in a beautiful neighborhood in Greenpoint. The bedroom has two large windows, it's boxed (meaning it's not a railroad apartment- no walking through one another's rooms) There is a small office which has a separate entrance and your room also has a separate entrance if you choose to use it.

The room is available from March 1 - August 1, with an option of signing a full year lease after that.

A bit about me: I'm a smoker- I say that first because I know that's a non-negotiable for some people and I don't want to waste your time. I smoke indoors, in the shared living-room. I am a third year law student who watches way too much tv (I only have a 13 incher so if you have a bigger one to share that would be awesome.)

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (except for your bedroom) but if you have things to add to the common areas there is room (unless you want to add another couch)

Rent is $1000/ month plus utilities which comes to about $100/month, which includes tv, phone, internet, gas and electric. It can go up or down a bit depending on usage. We would also share costs on household supplies, toilet paper, paper towels etc. No Pets or live-in BF/GF
