Room available in a Huge 3 bedroom apartment. Move in March 15th. The room is $750 a month plus 1/3 of bills (electric, gas, satellite, monthly housekeeper, and DSL/phone-usually around $100). The room comes with its own Satellite/DVR recorder. The apartment is located in Washington Heights (on 172nd and Ft. Washington). Take the A train to the 175th Street stop or the A/C/1 train at the 168th Street stop. It is a 17 minute ride to Columbus Circle; 20 minutes to midtown. Close to subway, grocery, laundry, restaurants/bars, and the Cloisters!

I am looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean, and considerate. Deposit plus first and last months rent required. (Deposit plus first months rent due at move in, last months rent due by the end of the first month).

The room is huge by NY standards, 2 windows, and a closet. The apartment is on the second floor.
