new roommate for our home with an April 1st move in date. We work in

film and photography and are open to having a male or female roommate.

The apartment is a 1600sq foot flat in Williamsburg, right along the

JMZ line Marcy Ave stop. Convenient to the Lorimer L stop with decent

street parking available. Lots of natural light, and tons of common

space with 2 big closets. We also have access to a private back

rooftop deck area.

The ideal candidate cleans up after themselves, is laid back,

responsible, and reliable with bills and rent. It would also be rad to

have a listener of NPR, appreciator of antiques (and most things

analog), as well as having an overall gentlemanly or ladylike

disposition.

The rent is $900 for the room, which has one window facing east, with

exposed brick and a wood mantle. The room is 9' x 15'. Utilities are

I work full time and go to law school so I am not home much during the week. I am very flexible and laid back and am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
