So here is the deal,
We have 2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bathroom house in Sag Harbor, NY (Long Beach area). You can rent year round or summer season. Bedrooms are on the second floor and have large windows and carpet. First floor is an open floor-plan that includes a kitchen with dishwasher, living room, dining room, washer/dryer, fireplace, baseboard heating and hardwood floors that are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows. House is only 4 years old and is the last lot on a dead end street. $900 will get you full use of the furnished house and a single bedroom with locking door to call your own. We are also including cable/internet and garbage pickup in the rent. Utilities will be split among us and can include oil, electric and cleaning services 1x per month.
We are a couple in our late 20's and are local business owners looking for someone (male, female or a couple). Must be employed, clean, cool, quiet and over 24 years of age or mature enough not to make noise every night till 3 am
