1 Bed in 4 Bed apt available March 15th or sooner if needed. Room is approx 12 x 12 with closet and A/C unit. Very large common area and kitchen are furnished with couches, 50-inch flat panel television, Apple TV and kitchen supplies.
Washer/Dryer and dishwasher in kitchen.
Apt is at Spring and Hudson St. Very close to A, C, E, and 1 subway. N, Q, R, W are about 10 min walk.
Utilities: Cable (HD package), High speed internet (with wireless), electric, and maid (twice a month) - Approx $100 a month total (higher in summer with A/C obviously).
We are 3 professional guys in late 20's. Roommates travel a lot for work and otherwise.
Lots of great bars and restaurants in the area.
Move in requires $800 security deposit and first month's rent ($1100). Rent is due on the 15th of the month.
We are open most evenings after 6 PM and over the weekends for viewing. Daytime appointments for viewing can be setup if needed.
