A lofted room in a huge, beautiful 1st floor apartment available sometime in March, or April 1 (date negotiable). The apartment has 25 ft-ceilings and enough space to set up photo shoots, yoga, host rehearsal, whatever you do - extremely refreshing, given how little space we typically get in this city.
Building is right above the Morgan L stop in Bushwick - takes 15 minutes to get to Union Square. You'll be living with 3 roommates, a graphic designer/artist, a reporter, an actress, all in their 20s.
2 things to note - you can't quite stand up all the way in the room, (it's got a treehouse feel to it), and we'll need a significant deposit that'll be negotiable given our lease situation.
