Room available now. A friend and I are looking for a roommate to share a beautiful remodeled apartment on the top floor of a Brownstone in Sunset Park. The apartment has all brand new appliances and looks gorgeous. It also has a big terrace/patio. The bedroom available is a at the front of the apartment overlooking 54th St. Rent is $650 a month. To move in you'll need one month's rent plus one month's security deposit. Utilities are not included. Wifi is also available. We're looking for someone that is respectful and will clean up after themselves. The owner of the Brownstone lives on the first floor so respect is also expected when it comes to noise level. Half a block from the 53rd St stop off the R train. Five blocks from the 59th St. stop on the N and R train.
We're both males in our twenties. One male is in his younger twenties and the other male is in his late twenties. We're both very easy going and laid back. Very easy to get along with. We're both involved in the film and broadcast industry so if you're into the more artistic industries of NY, we'll get along great.
