Beautiful, Spacious, Dog Friendly Apt (Upper East Side) $1460

I'm a 27 year old female looking for a friendly, easy going rommmate to share a spacious 1 br conv apt on the Upper East Side. The bedroom is enormous (11 x 16) and can fit a queen/king bed, dresser, night tables, bookstand, and desk. The apartment is recently renovated, has a linen closet, a storage closet, and an entire wall of closets in the bedroom. The building is fully equipped with laundry, gym (with pool), doorman, and is a block away from the 6 train, and very close to the crosstown bus. I have a small 13 lb pound dog who loves to play with other dogs, so someone with a dog of his/her own would be ideal!
