It is a sunny room with two large windows facing Fort Tyron park. It has hardwood floors and a closet. The apartment has a bathroom, large living room and an eat-in kitchen.
The apartment is a two-floor walk up in a pre-war building with a live in super.
Professional Male and/or Student is preferred but not required although you MUST have a steady income, Smokers are OK as long as it is kept to their room.
ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS.
Rent is $750 a month –utilities included (cable/internet & ConEd)
1 month rent as security deposit required
